1. Eligibility

  • Timeframe:
    • US & Other Countries: Items must be returned within ​30 days of delivery.
    • EU/EEA: You have ​14 days from receipt to cancel your order (no reason required).
  • Condition: Items must be ​unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom-made products (e.g., engraved items).
  • Sealed consumables (e.g., skincare, food) for hygiene reasons.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as “Non-Returnable”).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return:
    • Log into your account and visit “Order History,” or email [support@shinefever.com] with your order number.
    • EU customers: No return authorization is required within the 14-day withdrawal period.
  2. Ship the Item:
    • Include the ​Return Authorization (RA) number (if applicable) and ship to:
      1413 Foulk Road, Wilmington, Delaware.
    • Use a ​trackable shipping method (we’re not responsible for lost returns).
  3. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds are issued within ​5 business days of receiving the item.

4. Refund Methods

  • Full Refund: Original payment method (excluding shipping fees unless the return is due to our error).
  • Store Credit: Available upon request for faster processing.
  • Exchanges: Contact us to arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns (EU): We cover return shipping for EU customers exercising their 14-day withdrawal right.
  • US & Other Countries:
    • Our Fault (wrong/damaged item): We’ll email a prepaid return label.
    • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping.

6. International Returns

  • Customs/VAT:
    • For EU returns: Include the original customs paperwork to avoid VAT/duty charges.
    • Non-EU returns: Refunds exclude original shipping and customs fees.
